Focus Groups

Welcome to the 2025 Impact100 Focus Groups 

We are so happy to have you join us and we thank you for your commitment to making an Impact in our community! We also thank you for taking the additional step beyond your financial giving to volunteer your time to serve on one of our Focus Groups. Our Focus Group Chairs have also volunteered their time and attended a training to better understand the process and how to guide our members through the grant review process as well. We ask that you please be respectful of the diverse opinions of group members, as well as responding to any correspondence in a timely fashion, so that the flow of the Focus Group goes smoothly. As always, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We are truly grateful for your dedication and hope you thoroughly enjoy the process!

2025 CALENDAR:

  • May 19:  Focus Group Chair Training at First Christian Church at 5:15 pm
  • June 4: Nonprofit Grant Applications Due at 5 pm CST
  • June 18: Focus Groups can begin reviewing grant applications. Grants will be uploaded to your Focus Group # on the “Members” page of the website. You will only be able to view the grants assigned to your group.
  • July: Site visits will begin and groups continue to meet as needed and determined by each group.
  • August 15: Focus Groups end; finalists are chosen to move forward to the Annual Meeting.
  • End of August: Public Finalists announcement (details TBD)
  • September 3rd – October 3rd: Finalists site visits take place for all members.
  • October: Annual Meeting when members vote for their choice of the finalists chosen by each of the Focus Groups.
