Scholarship Scholarship Application Membership scholarships have been made available through a generous anonymous donation and are intended for FIRST TIME members. All applications for a scholarship are due by March 31 and are confidential. Applications will be reviewed by a Scholarship committee and selected by a blind draw. Recipients will be notified prior to the current year’s membership announcement. If you are not selected for a scholarship at this time, your involvement in Impact100 Owensboro at any level is appreciated and valued. Anyone may become a Friend of Impact by making a donation in any amount. Because 100% of our membership dollars go to fund our grants, this donation helps offset our operating expenses.
